Hanz Holzer was the first paranormal expert who reported a certain apparent material that was found after a paranormal activity took place – ectoplasm. However, there are no scientific pieces of evidence suggesting that these ectoplasmic materials are in fact of paranormal descent. So there is a lot to discover and know when it comes to ectoplasmic materials. Therefore, in this blog, we will try to understand what is ectoplasm, its meaning, and its different aspects.
What is Ectoplasm – Ectoplasm Meaning
Many paranormal experts believe that ectoplasm must be present for a ghost to manifest. As far as I can recall, ectoplasm has had a blurry and contested past. Most believe that it was a work of fake psychics to fool their clients. The story goes like many years ago many psychics and mediums were said to have artificially produced a substance that looked like ectoplasm. Therefore, at that time, ectoplasm, in the eyes of a paranormal expert, did not have much value.
Therefore, because of this, many people were of the opinion that it was fake, thereby, overlooking how naturally ectoplasm is produced. Organically, the meaning of ectoplasm is simple. It is merely a collection of the energy gathered by a ghost in order for it to produce physical phenomena. It can be anything like sound, movement, sight, and such. Over time, ectoplasm gained validation, with most paranormal expert believing that honest physical mediums produce much of it.
Composition of Ectoplasm
I cannot vouch for the validity of this claim but still, here we go. A long time back, some people collected ectoplasm to analyze it in the lab. They later deduced that it mainly comprised of dust, oxygen, and even trace substance and skin cells of the medium. Having said that, I have had my fair share of experiences or let’s say encounters with ectoplasm.
The setting is that of my home. One night I awoke in the wee hours of the morning and thought my house was on fire. I woke up my entire family running frantically searching for the source. Everyone thought that something was wrong with me. Because when I finally settled down and relaxed, they told me that not only was there no fire in the house but they were not able to make out any of the heavy fog that I saw hanging in the air. Even when they were letting me know this, I could see the mist thinning throughout my house. It was strange at the time – no one else was seeing the mist. But then again, it is me who is a psychic. So the phenomenon visible to mean explains itself.
Psychics Can Easily See Ectoplasmic Material
For a psychic, seeing an ectoplasm is not a big deal. Ectoplasm is a very natural substance that most likely everything in and of spirit uses to manifest and/or communicate. Additionally, I imagine there are levels of density to ectoplasm just like there are levels of density to energy. So perhaps, I’m simply able to perceive a lighter level than many do. Again, like how your pet sees a ghost much easier than you do. It’s an attunement thing.
Although if the spirit wants to appear as an ectoplasm for regular people, maybe a family member, they will. How do I say this so certainly? Well during many spirit readings, the family members and clients often see the smoke filling the room. It is like a way for the spirits to show their presence. Unknowingly, even I have manifested ectoplasmic materials. These accounts, my clients told me. I never felt anything but as per the accounts, it felt as if I was engulfed in white smoke. But none of it was violent, it was rather, serene and peaceful.
Ectoplasm is a collection of energy
Ectoplasm is a collection of energy produced by Earth things and spiritual things in order to enable other things outside of our normal material world to happen. Now, whether that means making things appear or disappear might be the bigger question. My guess is, both. Thus, my view on ectoplasm is that it’s definitely not a hoax, although it can be. And, some people often generate it rather automatically and naturally. I also know for certain that those in spirit, both ghosts, and guides, use it to manifest events on the Earth plane. Plus, it is viewable by some on occasion while others simply don’t or can’t see it. Also, I believe it’s likely a byproduct of almost working with the paranormal. And lastly, it’s a good thing. Therefore, if you see ectoplasm don’t flee. Instead, encourage it by providing even more energy to the room via batteries, electricity, and such. Or, try taking a psychic along on your ghost hunts.
